This one-day training program is designed for new and existing technical employees and others who wish to understand the ultrasonic welding process. In the complex environment of plastic welding, the course will cover the most important aspects of ultrasonic welding and give an overview of applications, materials, joint design as well as demonstrations and hands-on learning on the latest Dukane ultrasonic welder for participants.

Who is this for
This course is suitable for anyone who wants to gain a basic understanding of the ultrasonic welding process. It is suitable for process engineers, technicians and plastic assembly professionals – who have not completed formal ultrasonic welding training, and also for experienced personnel who wish to refresh their knowledge in the area. No prior experience is required.

Trainer Profile
Martin Koretz is developing ultrasonic applications and supporting medical customers with plastic bonding solutions for 5 years. Over that time he developed many applications from napkin drawings to successfully bonded product in production and helped over 100 customers to improve and stabilize their existing welding processes. With his record in education and training (over 150 days of technical training delivered) he is a skilled presenter with developed skills in knowledge transfer.
