Extrusion Blow Moulding

This is a comprehensive 3 to 4-day introductory course (depending on the company’s overall requirements) on Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM) that combines classroom theory with daily hands-on machine practice. The course covers the entire EBM production cycle, starting from polymer properties and material handling, through to extruder operation, head design, parison programming, and mould setups. A significant portion of the training focuses on process optimisation and troubleshooting, utilising both PICAT fault simulation and basic practical fault rectification on live machinery.
