Successful Live Demo of EWIKON's New pro-EDGE 90° Valve Gate System

We were delighted to host a live demonstration of EWIKON Heißkanalsysteme GmbH’s latest innovation, the pro-EDGE 90° Valve Gate System on September 2nd and 3rd. The event brought together industry professionals, technical experts, and training leaders for an engaging exploration of next-generation valve gate technology.
The live demo offered attendees a first-hand look at the design, function, and performance benefits of EWIKON’s new system. Participants had the opportunity to connect directly with members of the EWIKON team, ask technical questions, and gain insights into how this new solution can support production efficiency and precision in hot runner applications.
We’d like to extend a sincere thank you to EWIKON for their generous donation of a Hot Runner Training Aid. This high-quality tool will serve as a powerful educational resource for our trainees. It provides a detailed look at the internal structure of a hot runner system, with manifold and nozzles mounted in a mould. The unit also allows for the disassembly of nozzles and actuation of valve pins, giving users a unique, hands-on understanding of hot runner mechanics, an experience that’s both rare and incredibly valuable in training environments.
